Laboratory Services Converting to New Software

Covenant Laboratory Services will be converting to new computer software on September 12, 2009, at 12:01 am. As a result, some ordering and reporting changes will occur.

All issues should be reported on an Issue Report Form, which can be found on the eCovenant Forms page of the Covenant intranet. Completed forms are to be faxed to 3.1148.
